Johan Giléus – born 1965, Chief Financial Officer since 2024 – has extensive expertise as a financial executive with more than 25 years of experience leading financial strategy and operations across a number of companies and industries, including overseeing a large Phase 3 clinical trial and outlicensing in Japan. Most recently, he served as Chief Financial Officer and Deputy Chief Executive Officer at InDex Pharmaceuticals, which was recently subject to a successful reverse merger with Flerie Invest.
